Ingelo

Founded in 2011, Compagnie des Alpes’ engineering subsidiary provides its expertise to the Group’s various sites in the form of technical design, project engineering, manufacturing and construction. With a focus on five main areas (ski lifts, artificial snow, slopes, landscaping, technical facilities and snow groomers), Ingelo has gradually deployed its expertise at the Group’s Leisure parks, in addition to acting as an external expert, for 10% of its operations.

Purchasing over 80% of its materials in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, Ingelo is deeply committed to the region’s development. The subsidiary also embodies Compagnie des Alpes’ CSR strategy, and works to limit its impact on the environment and reduce waste by refurbishing ski lifts, snow groomers and snowmaking systems. Since 2014, nearly 1,200 tons of steel and other metals have been recycled locally.

Recent projects :

• Realization of the buildings for the FUNIFLAINE valley elevator (management of the building studies, follow-up of the works and environmental measures) 
• Refurbishment of the Glacier eight-seater detachable chairlift for the creation of the TSD8 Crêtes in Les Deux Alpes for an investment of 50% of that of a new lift
• Refurbishment of the Eychauda four-seater fixed grip chairlift for the creation of the TSF4 Cibouit in Serre Chevalier, with a clean design
• Master plan for the creation of the Chimgan resort in Uzbekistan, with CDA Management
• Redevelopment of the Plagne Centre ski area
• Cable transport in Bogota (Transmicable) and in Ile-de-France with the Cable A project for Ile-de-France Mobilité
• Project management for the snow-making network in Les Menuires and Les Deux Alpes
• Project development assistance at Walibi Rhône-Alpes since 2015: construction of the Explorer zone, Timber and MonOrail rides, restaurant fit-out, points of sale, sanitary facilities, welcome areas, etc.
