The personal data collected on this website or when you contact Compagnie des Alpes by telephone is processed for the following purposes:  

  • Sending you commercial offers, newsletters, invitations to participate in games or competitions and satisfaction surveys;
  • Replying to requests for information, comments and complaints that you send to Compagnie des Alpes.

This processing is based on your consent.

The completion of all fields marked with an asterisk is required to allow Compagnie des Alpes to process the data as mentioned above. Completion of the other fields is optional.

The processing of the data is the responsibility of Compagnie des Alpes, represented by Dominique Thillaud, acting in his capacity as CEO of Compagnie des Alpes, whose contact details are stated in the legal notice on this website.

The data is intended for use by Compagnie des Alpes and the service providers whose participation is required for the performance of the aforementioned processing operations.

The data is kept for the following periods:

  • Data collected to send you commercial offers, newsletters, invitations to participate in games or competitions and satisfaction surveys: three years from collection. At the end of this period, the data is retained for a further three-year period if you agree to continue to receive commercial offers, newsletters, invitations to participate in games or competitions and satisfaction surveys;
  • Data collected to reply to requests for information, comments and complaints that you send to Compagnie des Alpes: for as long as is necessary to process such requests, comments and complaints.

In order to preserve the confidentiality and security of your personal data and in particular to protect it against unlawful or accidental destruction, accidental loss or alteration, or unauthorised disclosure or access, Compagnie des Alpes implements the appropriate technical and organisational measures in accordance with the applicable provisions of law. To that end, Compagnie des Alpes has put in place technical measures (such as firewalls) and organisational measures (such as an identifier and password system, means of physical protection, etc.).

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, transfer it or have it transferred to a third party, and oppose or request restriction of processing. Compagnie des Alpes shall comply with your request subject to compliance with its legal obligations.
