Based on its first-hand experience as a leading ski resort and leisure park operator, Compagnie des Alpes has developed a consulting business in France and abroad. The CDA Management teams work at Compagnie des Alpes locations but also as external experts on consulting assignments. They are involved in the entire value chain, covering concept development, site locations, master planning, construction and operational assistance and launch preparations, while keeping the environment and local communities in mind.

60 million euros, 30 simultaneous projects, 500 workers from a variety of trades, 130 companies and just nine months to completely reinvent the Jardin d’Acclimatation: this was the challenge met by the site teams, LVMH and Compagnie des Alpes – a success story that perfectly illustrates the Group’s ability to form innovative partnerships. Through CDA Management, Compagnie des Alpes provided general contracting support, management and marketing services.

In terms of ski areas, the teams provided operational support for the first opening seasons of the new Chinese resort in Thaiwoo, technical assistance and the four-season business development strategy. In 2022, the resort will host a number of events for the Beijing Olympics.
